How do I upload photos?
We are working a feature to enable photo uploads through a mobile device. In the mean time, users are able to upload photos through desktop computers on our Full site.
How do I remove a buddy?
To remove a buddy, go to the "Buddies" page and click the "X" button to remove the user from your list.
How do I edit my profile?
From the Home page, click on "Edit Profile". Make any changes desired and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I edit my notification settings?
From the Home page, click on "Settings", and then click on "Email notifications". Click the button so it says "Notifications are OFF".
How do I change my email address?
From the Home page, click on "Settings", and then click on "Change email". Fill in your new email and click "Send". A verification will be sent to the new email.
How do I block/unblock someone?
To block a user, go to the user's profile and click the "BLOCK USER" button. To unblock a user, from the Home page, click "Settings", then click "Blocked". Click the "X" button on the user you would like to unblock.
How do I Instant Message someone?
We are working on the instant message feature for mobile. In the mean time, you can instant message users through your desktop on our Full site.
Why can't I log in?
If you are having problems logging in, try clearing your mobile device's cache and cookies, and make sure you have the correct username and password by retrieving your credentials using your email: Forgot Password?.

How do I deactivate my account?
If you no longer want your profile to appear on the site, you can disable your account by going to the Full site and clicking on the "HELP" link at the top of the page.
What is the difference between a free and paid user?
We currently offer two levels of membership. Free members can create their own profile and upload up to five photos of their self, view other people's profiles, receive mail, take a look at who is currently online and search for other members in their area. Paid users have the ability to send unlimited messages to other users, can perform advanced searches, gain access to video chat and instant messages, and are able to watch live webcam shows. They can view all full-sized photos on the site, access thousands of photo galleries, and much more.
What types of billing methods can I use to upgrade my account?
You can upgrade your account using several different forms of payment. Our mobile site currently accepts only credit card payment with Visa or MasterCard. You can pay via check by login into the Full site.
How do I cancel my premium membership?
To cancel your premium membership and stop your recurring billing, please contact customer support.
What is CVV2?
